CANCELLATION POLICY

At SBG we understand life happens and emergencies come up! We request that any cancellations & changes to appointments be made 48 hours in advance. Changes/cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your appointment total. In addition, no call/no show clients will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the appointment total. Your appointment and personal time is extremely valued please respect our time as well!
